Hi, I’m Candice

Artist and Surface pattern designer living on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW, Australia. I love to create timeless feminine florals in beautiful whimsical colour palette through either hand drawing and adding colours digitally or by completely hand painting designs.

Although I am in the early years of my pattern design journey, my background in creating and design goes a long way back. I spent over 15 years as a Hairstylist specialising in bridal hair and by the end of my hairstyling career I also studied and obtained an Advanced Diploma in fashion design where I was first introduced to the textile design world over 10 years ago.

I spent many years designing and making bridal gowns along side my hairstyling before starting a family based here on the Central Coast.

It was through this pivotal time becoming a new Mum that the option of even beginning to draw and design florals began to emerge in my world. After some hard years moving through some health challenges it was the beauty around me and taking moments to create that always brought peace back into my body and created peace in my mind.

What started out as simple sketches for embroidery designs soon led to picking up paintbrushes and the rest is history. I have forever loved flowers and can find thousands of images I have taken of them from around the world, and now I get to share this love and passion with you.
